PREORDER INFORMATION:
If a preorder item(s) is included in your cart with a regular item, your order will be shipped after the preorder item(s) have arrived. Please make separate orders if you want your items to be shipped separately.
SHIPPING INFORMATION:
Stickers will be shipped in 5x7'' flat envelopes, with a light cardstock backing to prevent folding. Smaller items (charms, photocards) will be shipped in 5x7'' bubble mailers. Medium items will be packed in an 8.5x11'' bubble mailer.
Large prints will be rolled-up and packed in an 11x6x6'' box to prevent any folding. It is recommended to flatten them between something heavy after receiving them in order to straighten them out!
Please note that you can request tracked and bubble mailer shipping for stickers - be sure to add the option to your cart if that's the case! If you order stickers with charms or prints, they will automatically be shipped through the respective bubble mailer size.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
I currently only ship domestically within the US. I am actively looking to branch out to international shipping; if there is enough interest for an international group order, please reach out to me!
REFUND POLICY:
All purchases are final. However, if there are incorrect items in your order, please contact me so I can send a replacement free of charge.
SHIPPING TIME:
Please allow up to 3-5 business days for your order to be packaged after your purchase is placed. My drop-off days are usually Mon, Wed, and Fri.
Shipping will typically be through USPS, so the delivery time will vary between 3-7 days. During the holiday season, please allow more time for potential shipment delays!
WHAT IF MY ORDER NEVER ARRIVES?
Your order may have been lost in transit or sent to the wrong address. I will not be able to reimburse your order if you sent me the wrong address. However, in the case of your package being lost in transit, I can provide a replacement package at a discount price.
